Meet Emily
Emily Frosaker
Buying a home is stressful. My job is to make it less so.
How I work.
I've been selling real estate across the Oklahoma City metro for 10 years, from new construction and historic homes to first homes, luxury homes and investment properties.
I'm a salesperson, obviously. But I don't think my job is to sell you on a house. My job is to help you understand exactly what you're buying so you can make a really good decision.
That means looking beyond the things that are easy to love. I want you to understand the property, the disclosures, the inspection, the numbers and the details that could matter later. And when something comes up, I know who to call. After 10 years, I've built a network of contractors and professionals for just about everything a house can throw at you.
My clients have told me they value my negotiation skills, my approachability and my ability to get creative when there's a problem to solve. There are a lot of moving parts in a real estate transaction. You don't need to know all of them. That's what you have me for.
Before Real Estate
I got my real estate license in 2016. Prior, I worked in sales for the Oklahoma City Thunder, opened and operated a business called "dry/shop" on Walker in Midtown. When the business sold - I worked with some of the most amazing people at Funnel Design Group. A well known, talented team of designers and marketers for some well known companies.
Sales taught me how to listen to people. Owning a business taught me to think on my feet and solve problems. Marketing taught me the value of presentation. Ten years into real estate, I've negotiated more contracts than I can count, walked through thousands of houses and worked through some very weird problems. I understand people, and this job is about people. I love people.
Oklahoma City.
I'm an Oklahoma City native, graduated from UCO, opened a business here and now I'm raising my son here. I've watched Midtown come back to life, development push farther north and west, and overlooked neighborhoods become some of the most competitive places to buy.
OKC isn't one real estate market. Values, demand and even how you approach an offer or specific area/builder/neighborhood can change within a few streets. Knowing those differences comes from a lifetime of living here and 10 years of selling houses all over this city.
Off the clock.
I'm raising my son here in Oklahoma City, and life outside of real estate is usually some combination of time with him, Pilates, good food and getting out of town whenever we get the chance.
One of the things I didn't expect when I got into real estate was how many clients would become actual friends. Ten years later, some of my favorite people are people I originally met because they called me about a house.
Emily is a consummate professional — affable, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile.

Working together.
You don't have to be ready to buy or sell next week to call me. Maybe you're six months out, trying to decide whether moving makes sense, or you found a house online and want to know if it's actually as good as it looks.
We'll talk through what you're trying to do, and I'll give you a straight answer about what I think your next move should be, even if the answer is to do nothing yet.
Coffee, phone call, or a walkthrough. Whatever is easiest!
